To use ITRS, you must register at least one number with the ITRS Chat App. This is the number you will use to make and receive calls. To register a number, go to the above Menu and select Registration.
Making Calls
Dial 1800 207 900 from your registered phone number.
Receiving calls
Answer the call on your registered phone number from 0818 555 777 and then open the ITRS Chat App.
Not Connected
You are not connected to the ITRS. Your connection may have timed out or you may have lost your internet connection. To connect to the ITRS press Connect below.
Preferences
Register Number
Below enter the phone number you would like to register to use the Irish Text Relay Service.
Once done follow the onscreen instructions which will require you to make a call to the ITRS number to confirm the phone number you would like to register.
When we receive this call your phone number will be registered for future use with the Irish Text Relay Service.

Phrases
Save and reuse favourite phrases, expressions, names, numbers, etc.
Simply enter a phrase below then press 'Add' to save it for later use.
To use saved phrases in your conversations, press Phrases at the bottom of the main screen.
PLEASE NOTE: You should not store sensitive information in your stored phrases.
